Cancellation Policy
All laser and surgery appointments are scheduled for a minimum of one hour. The appointment time is exclusively reserved for this one procedure. For this reason, we have a 24-hour notification policy for laser and surgery appointments.
A request for rescheduling or cancellation of a laser or surgery appointment must be made with the office staff 24 hours prior to the appointment date in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
